- My Mood Monitor Screen
-
The My Mood Monitor Screen (M-3 Screen) is an online self-rated checklist that screens for potential mood and anxiety symptoms.
The 27-question screener assesses an individual’s risk of suffering from depression, anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and bipolar disorder. Its effectiveness has been validated against the The Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI), a standard diagnostic tool, [1] by a research team at the University of North Carolina.[2]
