In 2011 My Empire became the inaugural winner of the Social Network Game category at the 2011 BAFTA Video Game Awards.[2] Game is going offline on 30 September, 2011.

Starting Game
When the player start the game, the default city name is New Roma and the vitural neighbor name Antonius. Player must complete tutorial first before playing. To get cash the player must hire a tax collector to collect taxes from people.
The Game
The first building to be built must be the town hall. The first decoration must be the Olive Tree. The rest will be up to the player.
Decorations
Decorations can be used to decorate the facade of a building or just for plain decoration. This decorations can`t be rotated but they can be stored as storage. They cannot be sold.
Buildings
Buildings like decorations cannot be rotated and cannot be kept in the storage. They cannot be sold.
