Murder by Family is the story of Bart Whitaker, the man who attempted to have his parents and siblings murdered on 10 December 2003 to cover up his fake graduation from college, written by his father Kent Whitaker, who forgave Bart. Bart was convicted and sentenced to the death penalty in March 2007.^[1]
