History
The company was formed in 2000. Paul Johnson CEO has discussed eCommerce on BBC Radio Manchester [1]
MPP specialise in the Media and Entertainment industries having provided the payment systems for Sky's Player[2] and previously Sky Songs[3] as well as the hotly debated paywall for The Times online site.[4] MPP are also developing a payment module with Vision+Media for YouView[5][6][7] and have been selected as the payment provider for woomi across Samsung connected TVs across Europe.[8] Philips have also announced that MPP will be providing the payment engine behind their 2nd Generation Smart TVs around the world.[9] MPP have also announced a partnership with Belgium based interactive TV developer Zappware.[10]
