Moyle horse

Moyle horse

The Moyle is a very rare breed of horse. The exact origin of the horse is unknown, but is believed that Moyle horses were bred by Rex Moyle in the mid 20th century, using horses with great endurance as well as Mustangs and Cleveland Bays to create what we know as the Moyle horse.[1] Moyle horses often have small frontal skull bosses, referred to as "horns" on their foreheads, a trait seen only in a very few breeds.

Colours

The Moyle is most commonly brown or bay, but comes in almost all solid coat colours (bay, brown, black, gray, chestnut, palomino and dun). They rarely have face or leg markings.
