Apalon[1] is a mobile and game development outsourcing company founded in Minsk, Belarus in 2006 by US returnees with outsourcing management experience in the USA. In 2008 Apalon merged with MoveYourWeb – an established web development and online marketing company. The merger allowed Apalon to deliver complex world class solutions such as virtual worlds and MMORPGs to the top names in the Game Industry[2] as well as become a leading iPhone developer[3] and publisher[4]. Founded in 2001 MoveYourWeb is a member of Russoft[5] – a professional association of software companies of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus and is a valued member, an actively participation of research studies by this organization, including the Fourth Annual Survey on Russian export market of software products, services and solutions survey. In addition to delivering complex solutions in web and gaming spheres the company entered into a number of partnerships with IT startups after announcing its Early Stage Startups Funding Program[6].

In 2009 Apalon, a mobile development division of MoveYourWeb, opened a new service offering – iPhone App Marketing[7] – first of its kind service. Numerous iPhone apps were promoted to the top rankings of Apple App Store and covered by industry and national press up to day.

In 2009–2010 along with hundreds of iPhone apps developed for its clients Apalon released its own iPhone titles such as Atomic Checkers[8], Drunk Sniper[9], What Country[10][11], Dream Home[12], Calculator Pro[13], Eye Illusions[14] and Pimp Your Screen[15] that were featured by Apple, national press and reached top 10 rankings[16] on Apple App Store.
