Mount Matz (74°42′S 162°17′E / 74.7°S 162.283°E) is a mountain, 1,300 m, at the west side of the terminus of Anderton Glacier, forming the end of a ridge descending south from Eisenhower Range to Reeves Glacier, in Victoria Land. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1955-63. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for David B. Matz, geologist at McMurdo Station, 1965-66 season.
