Mount Mahan (85°32′S 140°4′W / 85.533°S 140.067°W) is a mountain 1,260 m, standing 3 nautical miles (6 km) east of Mount Fiedler in the Bender Mountains. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from ground surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1960-63. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Shirley F. Mahan, radioman with the Byrd Station winter party, 1960.
