Mount Hart (72°5′S 169°5′E / 72.083°S 169.083°E) is a mountain over 3,000 m, standing 2 nautical miles (3.7 km) northwest of Mount Chider in the Admiralty Mountains, Victoria Land. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1960-64. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Lieutenant Vemon D. Hart, officer in charge of the U.S. Navy Squadron VX-6 winter party at McMurdo Station, 1968.
