Mount Casius or Mount Kasios or Mount Kasion may mean:
- Mount Aqraa, a mountain near the Orontes River mouth on the Syrian-Turkish border.
- Ras Kouroun, a sandy mount near the marshy Lake Bardawil in Egypt (the "Serbonian Bog" of Herodotus).
Both sites were historically associated with shrines to Zeus, one of whose epithets was Kasios.
