Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Morteza Hosseini Fayaz (Arabic: السيد مرتضى الحسيني فياض) (born 1928) is an Iraqi Twelver Shi'a Marja.^[1][2]

He has studied in seminaries of Najaf, Iraq under Grand Ayatollah Abul-Qassim Khoei and Muhsin al-Hakim.^[3]
