Monge Island (66°47′S 141°29′E / 66.783°S 141.483°E) is a small rocky island immediately south of La Conchee and 0.5 nautical miles (0.9 km) northeast of Cape Mousse. Charted in 1951 by the French Antarctic Expedition and named after Gaspard Monge (1746–1818), French mathematician.
