Momordicoside

Momordicoside is any of several related glycosides that can be extracted from the bitter melon vine (Momordica charantia).^[1][2][3][4] They include:

• Momordicoside A ^[2][4]
• Momordicoside B ^[2]
• Momordicoside K ^[2][3]
• Momordicoside L ^[2][3]
• Momordicoside M ^[2][4]
• Momordicoside N ^[2][4]
• Momordicoside S ^[2]

Momordicosides A, B, F₁, F₂ K–N, and S can be extracted from the fruit with methanol.^[1][2][4]
