Grand Ayatollah Mohammad Yaqoobi (Arabic: محمد اليعقوبي) (born 1960) is an Iraqi Twelver Shi'a Marja.^[1][2]

He has studied in seminaries of Najaf, Iraq under Grand Ayatollah Abul-Qassim Khoei and Mohammad Kalantar.^[3]
