Modern Ruin is Covenant's seventh studio album. It was released on January 14, 2011, and will be released in Germany and on January 17, 2011, in Europe by Synthetic Symphony / SPV and on February 8, 2011, by Metropolis Records.^[2]

The second disc features various versions of "Wir Sind Die Nacht", a song the band recorded for the film of the same name.

Singles

"Lightbringer" was the album's first EP/single, released 22 October 2010. It is a collaboration with Swedish EBM group Necro Facility.
