Mitchell S. Goldberg (born 1959) is a United States federal judge.
Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Goldberg received an A.B. from Ithaca College in 1981 and a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1986. He was an assistant district attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from 1986 to 1989. He was in private practice in Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1996. He was an Assistant U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2003. He was an Adjunct professor at Temple University Beasley School of Law from 2002 to 2006. He was a judge on the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2008.
Goldberg was nominated by President George W. Bush on July 24, 2008, to a seat vacated by John R. Padova. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on September 26, 2008, and received his commission on October 31, 2008.
