Background:

MINIWIZ was founded by a group of Harvard/Cornell trained architects/engineers in response to the increasing demand for sustainable solutions to consumer & corporate market. MINIWIZ’s first product, the HYmini green portable charger capitalizes on breakthrough patented technology, making it the first handheld universal power bank system capable of collecting 4 renewable energy sources including wind-based energy + solar energy + hand crank generator + bicycle dynamo hub generators in a package weighing just over 3 oz. and measuring just over 5” by 3”. Beyond being creative, MINIWIZ prides itself as a cross-disciplinary design engineering team responsible for its own product’s R/D, manufacturing, and marketing.^{[citation needed]}

The team actively explores new utilitarian applications with patentable proprietary green technology in collaboration with experienced corporate partners in different industries. MINIWIZ recently entered two co-development partnerships (B to B contracts) one with the world largest premium foldable bike manufacturer, DAHON and second with one of Asia’s largest Polymer chemical/textile company, Far Eastern Group to develop the POLLI-Brick: recycled polymer PET performance building materials integrated with PV and LED lighting.
