The scientific-industrial company "Mining machines" is based in Donetsk, Ukraine and is the leader of Ukrainian market of mining equipment.[1] Mining Machines are represented by six mining machinery engineering factories: OJSC "Druzhkovsky engineering factory", CJSC "Gorlovsky engineering works", OJSC "Novgorodsky engineering works", OJSC "Donetskgormash", OJSC "Donetsk power plant" and OJSC "Kamensky engineering factory" (Russia).[2] It employs over 9 000 people.[3] SIC is included into SCM Holdings.[4] Yevgeniy Romashchin is the Chief Executive Officer of "Mining machines".

Production

"Mining machines" provides complex delivery of mining equipment, author's supervision and after-sale services. The Company’s businesses manufacture roadheaders and coal cutters, powered supports, scraper and belt-type conveyors, hoists, transformer substations, electric locomotives, mine cars and other mining equipment (overall about 400 items).[5][6]
