Has a daily slaughtering capacity of 6,600 head of cattle[4] and processing 1,890 tonnes of beef, equivalent to approximately 11,962 heads.
Minerva operates nine slaughtering and boning plants, a tunnering, and eight distribution centers, in addition to acting also in the Food Service segment.
The company has production units located in Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay and is among the three largest Brazilian exports of beef, subproduct and industrialized products and has approximately 1,300 customers in 80 countries. Minerva is also exporting wet blue leather and live cattle.
