The Building opened in 1998.

The Millennium Building(s) main tenant is Dorsey & Whitney which takes up the majority of the building and is a business law firm that has become very successful in Montana. With over 600 lawyers and 600 support staff,in 19 offices in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Dorsey is one of the 100 largest law firms in the United States. The firm offers services in more than 60 different areas of legal practice

Grundig Satellit 800- A live radio station is also located in the Millennium Building.
