Milko Novaković (Cyrillic: Милко Новаковић, born 21 January 1988 in Novi Sad) is a Serbian-born Montenegrin football player playing for FK Vojvodina.

He played in Serbia for FK Cement Beočin, FK Sloga Temerin, FK Banat Zrenjanin and FK Novi Sad, in Montenegro for FK Mogren, and Hungarian side Videoton FC.

He was a member of Montenegrin under-21 team.
