Miles Edmund Cotman

Miles Edmund Cotman

Miles Edmund Cotman (1811–1858) was the eldest son of John Sell Cotman. He was brought up as an artist, exhibited landscapes in Suffolk Street and at the Academy, and in 1842 succeeded his father as drawing-master at King's College, London.
