Redevelopment
In 2010, a $10 million redevelopment of Middlesex Commons began. [2][3]
- Demoula's Market Basket and Old Navy expanded and changed location.
- Nordstrom Rack will open a 38,000-square-foot (3,500 m2) anchor store in September 2011. [4]
- Burlington Wine, Burtons Grill, Chateau Restaurant, and Five Guys will open in September 2011.
- DSW, Inc. will open a 15,000-square-foot (1,400 m2) junior anchor store in 2012.
- Middlesex Commons will feature updated store facades, landscaping, and a repaved parking lot.
