Michael Ndubuisi Onwatuegwu (born June 10, 1987 in Onitsha, Anambra State^[2]) is a Nigerian soccer player, currently playing for Persiba Bantul.

Career

Club

After three years playing in Indonesia with Persiba Bantul, Onwatuegwu joined Canadian club Vancouver Whitecaps of the USL First Division on 13 August 2009.^[3]

He made his debut on September 18, 2009, playing 45 minutes in Vancouver's final day 2-1 win over the Cleveland City Stars,^[4] but was released by the Whitecaps at the end of the 2009 season.^[5]
