Michael Holick

Michael Holick is an American dermatologist, a professor of medicine, physiology and biophysics at Boston University who is known for recommending exposure to sunlight 2 to 3 times per week for photosynthesis of Vitamin D. He was asked to resign from his position in dermatology at Boston University in 2004 after writing the book "The UV Advantage".^[1]
