Michael Ewing Purves is a television personality, market analyst, a provider of market commentary and trading strategies. He is well known for his commentary on Gold, Silver,[1] Palladium and the Energy sector. As a market commentator, he is a regular guest on Business News Network, Fox Business News and other highly regarded news outlets. He is also widely credited with coining the term Wolf Market.[2][3]

Purves completed his undergraduate studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his gradute work at Columbia University. He is a direct descendant of the Purves Family.

Personal life

Purves currently splits time between New York City and his New Hampshire Estate.
