Grass (1973–74)The Merion Open is a defunct Grand Prix affiliated tennis tournament played from 1970 to 1974. It was held in Merion, Pennsylvania in the United States and played on outdoor hard courts from 1970 to 1972 and on outdoor grass courts from 1973 to 1974.
Clark Graebner was the most successful player at the tournament, winning both the singles and doubles competitions in 1971, the latter with American Jim Osborne.
