Mehmad Chak (Urdu: مهمندچک) is a village in Tehsil Kharian, in the Gujrat District of Punjab, Pakistan. It is located at 32°47'N 73°49.4'E at an altitude of 900 feet. Mainly people of the Thathal tribe live there.

Famous and influential people born in Mehmad Chak include brigadier Moh. Lateef, Chief Officer Chaudhry Mohammad Anwar, director, actor and producer Abdul G. Butt and Punjabi writer and poet Khalid Thathal.

Many people from Mehmad Chak have left the village and settled in Europe, espescially Norway, Denmark, Spain and Italy.
