Smith-Vaniz & Palacio, 1974Acanthemblemaria medusa, known commonly as the Medusa blenny in the United States,[1] is a species of chaenopsid blenny in the genus Acanthemblemaria.[2] It is found in coral reefs around Lesser Antilles, in the western central Atlantic ocean.[2] It was named by W.F. Smith-Vaniz and F.J. Palacio in 1974,[3] and can reach a maximum length of 4 centimetres.[2]
