Medical yoga

Medical yoga is a blend of ‘Modern Science’ and classical ‘Hatha Yog’. From Modern Science, advance diagnosis techniques like - M.R.I, X-rays, Blood Tests, Ultrasound, C.T scans are used to get the clear picture of the underlying problem. Then the Hatha YogAsanas with specially designed props are used to modify and redesign a posture as per the individual case.

A special sequence of 3 to 5 asanas is generally required to achieve the desired result. and the best part is that, these asanas are very easy and comfortable, as they are done with the help of specially designed Yoga-Props like Yoga benches, Yoga Ropes, Yoga Belts, Yoga chairs, etc.

These asanas are today widely used in the treatment of osteo-arthritis, spondylitis of neck or lower back, diabetes type-2, bronchial/allergic asthma, frozen shoulder etc. This is a true combination of today's medical science and classical hath yoga. There are already more than 50 centres all over India imparting this kind of yoga therapy to the patients and are helping them in a big way in saving money and maintaining their health naturally.
