Club career
Born in Milan, De Sciglio started playing football with amateur team Cimiano, before joining A.C. Milan's youth system at the start of the 2002–03 season.[1] He made his official debut for the club on 28 September 2011, coming on as a substitute in a UEFA Champions League group stage match against Viktoria Plzeň, which Milan won 2–0.[2]
International career
De Sciglio has made up a total of 8 caps and 1 goal with Italy U-19 since September 2010.[3]
