Mateo Garralda Larumbe (born December 1, 1969 in Burlada) is a Spanish handball player. He competed in the 1992 Summer Olympics, in the 1996 Summer Olympics, in the 2000 Summer Olympics, and in the 2004 Summer Olympics.

Olympics

In 1992, he was a member of the Spanish handball team which finished fifth in the Olympic tournament. He played all six matches and scored eight goals.

Four years later he won the bronze medal with the Spanish team in the 1996 Olympic tournament. He played five matches and scored eight goals.

At the 2000 Games he won his second Olympic bronze medal as part of the Spanish team. He played five matches and scored twelve goals.

His final Olympic appearance was in 2004 when he finished seventh with the Spanish tem in the Olympic tournament. He played six matches and scored seven goals.

Clubs

He currently plays for KIF Kolding from Denmark after a large career in the Liga ASOBAL. His most usual demarcation on the field is right backcourt.

He is one of the only three handball players besides Mikhail Yakimovich and José Javier Hombrados who won the EHF Champions League with three different teams.
