Masoom Stanekzai is a citizen of Afghanistan was appointed Afghan Communications Minister from 2002-2004.[1][2]
In 2008 Masoom was made a visiting fellow at the United States Institute of Peace.[3] Mohammad Masoom Stanekzai was made the Jennings Randolph Afghanistan Fellow from May 1, 2008 to February 28, 2009.
