José Antonio Martín Domínguez (born 4 April 1964 in Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona) is a retired Spanish footballer who played as a left midfielder.

Club career

Domínguez was a product of FC Barcelona's youth system, but only appeared once for the first team, good enough for a 1985 championship medal. For three seasons, he was mainly registered with the B side, and moved in 1988–89 for neighbours UE Figueres, in Segunda División.

After only one season, Domínguez returned immediately to the top flight, joining CA Osasuna. During the first three of five seasons, he experienced a fourth-league place in his second season, a third-round run in the subsequent UEFA Cup and 104 first-team matches. However, he appeared sparingly in his last two years, and the Navarrese were also relegated in 1993–94.

Domínguez retired at 34, after two seasons each with CA Marbella, in division two, and lowly CF Gavà.

International career

Domínguez appeared in three 1991 friendlies with Spain, against Portugal (his debut, on 16 January), Hungary and Romania.
