The Martin County Sheriff’s Office is a law enforcement agency in Martin County, Kentucky. Its headquarters is located in the Martin County Court House. The current sheriff is Garmon Preece, who has held office since 2002.[1] The agency has about 30 full-time officers and 20 part-time, as well as 40 patrol cars.
