Martha Production S.R.L is a film production and distribution company based in Rome, Italy. The company is one of the fastest growing production companies in Italy and is currently acquiring and distributing high quality films and documentaries globally. Alongside this activity, Martha Production is also producing high quality, award winning, films, documentaries, television formats and animation series’ as it continues to expand. Productions

Martha Production S.R.L has produced several short films and documentaries and has been able to acquire the professionalism and thorough knowledge of the industry. In 2008 the company produced the film "Inside of Me", a short film financed by the Ministry of Heritage and Culture, and in 2009, they produced "In the Belly of the Whale", a short film directed by Giuseppe Petitto, original screenplay by Martha Capello and Marisa Gentile, financed by the Lazio Region, recognised as the National Cultural MiBac and won the "Premio Corzo Lazio" for best screenplay, in competition at the Giffoni Film Festival, Genoa, Bari.

In 2010, Martha realised the position of executive producer of the documentary "debut in Europe: Italian comedy", which screened in Venice Days of the Venice Film Festival and was immediately distributed in cinemas. In 2010, she produced the documentary "Encounter Generational" for the ACLI. Also in 2010 she wrote the concept of an animation series entitled "Super Billy" and production will begin in 2011. Recently the company started developing the feature film "Lucy in the Sky", whose production will begin in the spring of 2011.

Through the professional experience gained over the years, Martha Production S.R.L is able to follow all the processes related to executive produce for third parties, primarily for industrial and commercials films. At the same time, Martha Production S.R.L is available to all those young authors wishing to present their projects to a strong-willed and independent production company.

Lucy in the Sky

The project "Lucy in the sky" was created by Martha Capello (producer) and Giuseppe Petitto (the director).Their intent is to make a movie internationally produced by involving a high number of young European professionals. The company intends to coordinate and organize the entire development phase. We put together different talents and it will also aim to involve since the developing phase, the professionalism of all authors ( writers , customs , set design, music and editing). Martha Production ( as well as following the rewriting of the screenplay) is going to coordinate the second phase of development, such as location scouting, identification of crew and suppliers, shooting scheduling (as far as the teaser's realization goes), drafting of a production budget and a final presentation to key partners, international co-producers and distributors for this project.
