Marshall Sponder is an author, analyst and speaker. He writes and speaks about social media measurement. His first book Social Media Analytics: Effective Tools for Building, Intrepreting, and Using Metrics[1] is published by McGraw-Hill. He is Board Member Emeritus at the Web Analytics Association.[2] He is a writer for Entrepreneur (magazine)[3] and VentureBeat.[4] He is also a well know public speaker.[5][6]
