Duggan made his League of Ireland debut for Bohemians against Derry City at the Brandywell in August 2005. He joined Bray Wanderers in 2007, spending two years at the Carlisle grounds before he joined Drogheda United in 2009. He was released by Drogheda in May 2009[1] and after a spell out of the senior game Duggan joined Sporting Fingal in February 2010.
