Marius Berthus Jansen (April 11, 1922-December 13, 2000)[1] was an American academic, historian, and Emeritus Professor of Japanese History at Princeton University.[2]
He was a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.[2]
