Mariola Zenik (born July 03, 1982 in Węgrów) is a Polish volleyball player. She won the gold medal in the Women's European Volleyball Championship in 2005.

She started her career in Nike Węgrów. Subsequently, she played for Polish teams such as Skra Warszawa (2002–2003) and Stal Mielec (2003–2004).

In season 2004-2005 she had been playing in Modena Volley in Italy. In 2005-2006 season she had been playing in Polish Volleyball League in Nafta-Gaz Piła club.

In 2006-2007 season she represented Russian Zarechie Odintsovo.

Currently she is a player of Bank BPS Muszynianka Fakro Muszyna - Polish Volleyball League vice champion. In the 2010 - 2011 season Mariola Zenik promoted with her team to 1/6 finals of the CEV Champions League.
