Mario Thyer (born September 29, 1966 in Montreal, Quebec) was a professional ice hockey player who played five games in the National Hockey League. He played with the Minnesota North Stars. Now he is the bantam coach for Bangor Youth Hockey.He played for the University of Maine hockey team for 2 years.
