Marija Mitrović (Serbian Cyrillic: Маријa Митровић) (born March 2, 1983 in Leskovac, SR Serbia, Yugoslavia) is a popular singer of pop and rock music from Serbia, a member of Creative Band. Marija is originally from Leskovac. From an early age she loved to sing. Her first performance was when she was only five years old. She sang as a part of a radio choir, participated in many music festivals and played folklor.

Career

Mitrović joined Creative Band in 2003. They have released two studio albums "In your hands" (U vašim rukama) and "Irony" (Ironija), both published by City records. Participated in numerous festivals: Budva, Suncane Skale, Radio Pop Festival in Vrnjacka banja and many others with whom they often come adorned prizes.

With Creative Band, Mitrović appeared in many popular show programs on the popular television network of Serbia where they gain public sympathy and popularity. [1]

Short after their first public aperience Marija together with Creative Band eventually became an indispensable member of numerous celebrations such as a partys of successful companies, banks and agencies but the private party on the occasion of wedding and birthday as well. In his repertoire are about 2000 songs in all musical genres. Favorites them the "stronger" sound, but often to their repertoire of songs and can find other genres: Evergreen, Old and beautiful lyrics of certain folk songs. [2]
