Mari Mancusi is a novelist, known for her Young Adult "Blood Coven Vampire" series (Boys that Bite, Stake That, Girls that Growl, Bad Blood, Night School and Blood Ties) and Gamer Girl. In the past she worked as a multiple Emmy award winning television producer for the nationally syndicated women's lifestyle show Better TV. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband Jacob and dog Mesquite.

Pen Name

Mari Mancussi is her penname for her children/Teen novels, her actual name used for her more mature books is Marianne Mancusi, one of which she wrote is Moongazer.
