Medal record Women's athletics British Empire Games Bronze 1934 London High jump Margaret Mary Bell (later Ryan-Gibson, born January 26, 1917) is a Canadian athlete who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics.
She was born in Vancouver.
In 1936 she finished ninth in the Olympic high jump event.
At the 1934 Empire Games she won the bronze medal in the high jump competition. Four years later she finished fourth in the high jump contest at the 1938 Empire Games.
