Martin Kober (also Chober, Cober, Coeber, Khober, Koeber, Koebner, Polish: Marcin Kober) (ca. 1550, in Breslau (Polish: Wrocław), Silesia – before 1598, in Kraków or Warsaw). Was a court painter to: King Stefan Batory of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, Rudolf II, Holy Roman Emperor and to Sigismund III Vasa ruler of Poland, Lithuania and Sweden.
