Marcia Healy (March 7, 1904 – October 31, 1972) was an American film actress, and the sister of comic actor Ted Healy.

Healy was the sister of comedian Ted Healy, who was best known for using "stooges" in his vaudeville act. Three of the best known "stooges" from his act became The Three Stooges slapstick comedy team. Marcia Healy would make one film with the trio, The Sitter Downers.[1]

Healy died on October 31, 1972.
