Mara Students' Organisation (MSO) is the biggest student body among Mara people in India. It was formed in 1964 at Shillong, Meghalaya by a group of Mara students in the city.
Headquarters
Presently, Mara Students' Organisation has its headquarters at Siaha, also known as Saiha which is also one of the district Headquarters in Mizoram state in Northeast India. It has its sub-headquarters at Shillong, Chakhei, Phura and Tuipang also known as Tipa. Aizawl and Delhi are where its Joint Headquarters are located. It has branches wherever there are Middle schools and High schools within Mara Autonomous District Council in Southern Mizoram.
