Except where noted otherwise, data are given for materials in their standard state (at 25 °C, 100 kPa)Infobox references Maneb is a foliate fungicide and is a polymeric complex of manganese with the ethylene bis(dithiocarbamate) anionic ligand. It was included in a biocide ban proposed by the Swedish Chemicals Agency [1] and approved by the European Parliament on January 13, 2009.[2]
It can be also used to create a toxin-based animal model of Parkinson's disease, usually in primates.[3]
