Mana Mamau is a professional wrestling television program for Impact Pro Wrestling (IPW). The show debuted on Maori Television in New Zealand on 7 July 2011. It is a nationally broadcast pro wrestling show and features a high level of Te Reo Maori content.

Show History

On 10 May 2011 IPW announced it had signed an agreement with Maori Television to launch a new HD television series. The working title was "MMM", later "Mana Ma Mau", and then the final title ended up as "Mana Mamau". IPW runs free-entry tapings for the programme at Westlake Boys High School every month with the first being 14 May.

It premiered on 7 July 2011 at 10:30pm on Maori Television which is available nationwide on Sky, Freeview, and traditional analog Television.

Show Format

Currently, the show airs every Thursday night on Maori Television. Each episode is produced for a 30-minute time-slot and features usually three matches, wrestler interviews in segments hosted by IPW on-screen personalities such as "Handsome Reflections" by "Handsome" Danny Jacobs, and various backstage promos and vignettes.
