Malas (Ayurveda)

Malas (IPA: /məˈlɑːs/ US dict: mə·lâs′, n.pl.) in Ayurveda, the waste products of the body, which include urine, stool, and sweat. Effective elimination of malas is said to be important for maintaining good health.[1]
